The Pit Elevated is proud to be the home and training grounds for The Pit Elevated fight team. There will be a few fighters from the team on the fight card for the upcoming Showdown Fights – Evolution on November 18 (Friday), 2011 at the UCCU Event Center on Utah Valley University’s campus in Orem, Utah.

Being a sponsor of the upcoming Showdown Fight is a great opportunity to continue to promote the success and reputation of the Pit Elevated fight team and the gym where they train at. Showdown Fights continues to get more and more difficult to get fighters on and it presents a great opportunity for those that do. The show has quickly become more then a simple local show and Elevated Academy is proud to sponsor the event and very excited about having a few fighters on the card.

Many of the fighters that are able to compete on the card are hopeful to follow in the successful footsteps of a few that have continued to succeed and get to the next level. Fighters such as Court McGee, Ramsey Nijem and Steven Siler have gone on to compete in The Ultimate Fighter reality show.

The fights are coming up soon and for those that are not in the local area to see the fights live you can go to facebook and “like” Showdown Fights and have a chance to win a code to watch the fights online for FREE. The main even will feature Josh McDonald vs Jordan Smith and will also showcase the pro debut of Jan Jorgensen! The Pit Elevated is excited to sponsor and participate in Evolution.
