The Academy a premier fitness studio is proud to announce it’s affiliate relationship with The Pit. The Pit Elevated Fight Team led by captain Court McGee looks to capitalize on the proven methods of training kids age 4+.

The Pit affiliation relationship will be specifically geared towards the mixed martial arts area. The Pit was started in 1985 and is the training home of Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell. The Pit prides itself on providing respect, loyalty, confidence and humility. In addition The Pit training will provide individuals both advanced and beginners with mental and physical conditioning, power and discipline.

RIVEN's Ramsey Nijem celebrates a recent victory at Showdown Fights. Ramsey is competing in season 13 of The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV

Congratulations to Ramsey Nijem of the RIVEN Fight Team. Ramsey will be competing on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) season 13 which premieres March 30 on Spike TV. Hopefully Ramsey will have as much success as his teammate Court McGee who was crowned the champion of season 11.
